Under the terms of the plea deal, James Weeden, 63, of Round Lake, will be on probation for two years when he is released from prison but will be allowed to participate in a work-release program during the last six months of his sentence. Other charges of manufacturing child pornography and aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a child under age 13 were dropped.
